I've started designing a hindu squats workout to exercise at home with. I'm enjoying the workouts compared to the stuff I used to do at the gym. I just couldn't be bothered loading and unloading weights, waiting for other people to get out the way and the crowds and the ego etc etc etc.
He he :) I'm starting to sound like a grumpy old man. I'm not. Not even 40 yet. God!!! that looks old when I type it, I don't feel it !!!! Don't see it either when I look in the mirror. That's good !!
Anyway, I reckon the hindu squats will be good for me now. I can get into a good rhythm now and the technique feels good. Some people reckon you will hurt your knees doing hindu squats. I don't feel any pain at all. Except for the burning in the thighs, but that's good pain...
At the moment I am doing 8 sets of 10, so that 80. The gurus reckon they do 500 a day. I don't know about that, I'll aim for 200, 3 times a week. That's enough for health and fitness.
I'll keep you posted on how I go with the hindu squats !!!!
